Proprietary access summary

NOME software, source code, release artifacts, and hosted services remain proprietary. Public routes, preview lanes, downloads, or guest entry points do not grant redistribution, reverse engineering, sublicensing, or commercial use outside written agreement.

Access

Account-linked services, premium surfaces, beta lanes, and enterprise features continue to resolve through plans, credits, entitlements, and org policy.

Distribution

Release bundles, installers, and update feeds may be publicly reachable for download, but they remain confidential proprietary materials and cannot be repackaged or redistributed.

Source and extensions

Extension and integration surfaces do not transfer ownership of NOME core, release infrastructure, routing logic, or control-plane behavior.

Written agreements win

Customer agreements, pilot terms, enterprise security addenda, and partner contracts control whenever they conflict with this summary page.
